The lounge is at the front of the house and has views out over the Mediterranean. Leading on from the lounge is the dining area and American kitchen. Both areas are underneath a high arched ceiling with exposed beams. The twin bedroom and a shower room comprising of a walk-in shower, WC and basin are also located on the ground level. There is also an additional utility room and shower adjacent to the kitchen. The master bedroom with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the Med, the 2nd double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and the family bathroom are all located on the 1st floor. An English television package is available, there is AC in the living room and 2 bedrooms. The villa is well equipped and suitable for 6 people, the kitchen, dining and living spaces are open plan.

Cascada Azul has beautiful pools and gardens and sits nestled high above the historic old quarter of Denia, an ancient town on the unspoiled coast of northern Costa Blanca. The name refers to the cascading blue waterfalls in the 3-tiered swimming pool. There are steps leading up to the house and around the pools which may make the property unsuitable for some people.
