  • Short breaks permitted during low season - rates calculated on 45% of the relevant weekly rate for 2 nights, 55% for 3 nights, 70% for 4 nights, 80% for 5 nights and 90% for 6 nights. (*rates step up to minimum £185 if calculation falls below).
