Additional information about rental rates

  • The rate includes all linen – bed linen (and cot linen if required), bath towels and beach towels.

    Cots, High chairs (and where space permits – Z:beds) provided on request at no extra cost.
  • Please note a 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The balancing payment is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday.

    All major credit and debit cards accepted (subject to handling fee – please enquire). Euro cheque payments accepted (subject to handling charge).

    Refundable Damage Deposit of £150 is required.
  • Short breaks permitted during low season – rates calculated on 45%* of the relevant weekly rate for 2 nights, 55% for 3 nights, 70% for 4 nights, 80% for 5 nights and 90% for 6 nights. (* rates step up to minimum £185 if this calculation falls below).

    Longer stays permitted, with discounts available for durations over one month
