A fabulous new four bedroom property (sleeping up to seven) situated on the new Harbour Reach development just south of Poole lifting bridge. Conveniently located just 10 minutes walk to Poole Quay and the town with all its facilities. This new property offers high quality accommodation throughout. It comprises a ground floor bedroom (twin - 2x 3ft singles or zip and link superkingsize double) and cloakroom facility and benefits from direct access from the communal garage area. Up to the first floor there is a spacious open plan living and dining area with separate fully fitted kitchen. The living area leads out to a courtyard garden with views over to the inner harbour area and Purbeck Hills beyond. There is a study / office area with further doors leading out to the courtyard garden area. Next to the kitchen there is a further balcony area - ideal for al fresco breakfast dining. On the second floor there are three further bedrooms (a kingsize, a double and a single room).

    A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The balancing payment is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday at which time, a refundable damage deposit of £150 will also be required.
  • Short breaks permitted during low season - rates calculated on 45%* of the relevant weekly rate for 2 nights, 55% for 3 nights, 70% for 4 nights, 80% for 5 nights and 90% for six nights. (* rates step up to a minimum £185 if this calculation falls below.
