A fabulous ground floor apartment (sleeping up to four) and just five minutes’ walk down Alum Chine to the beach with promenade, children’s playground and restaurant. Part of a modern development of four apartments this property has been fully redecorated in January 2009. Communal front entrance leading to the front door. Open plan living / dining area with patio doors to a courtyard garden. Separate fully fitted kitchen including fridge / freezer, cooker and hob, microwave and washer / drying machine. Comprehensively equipped throughout. Spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (large walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Further single bedroom (2ft 6ins child-size single with further pull-out single underneath – linen for pull-out bed provided free of charge on request). Family bathroom (bath, sink and toilet). Nicely furnished and benefits from a dedicated parking space to the rear of the property.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Bookings usually Saturday to Saturday.

    The rate includes all linen – bed linen (and cot linen if required), bath towels and beach towels.

    Cots, Highchairs (and where space permits – Z:beds) provided on request at no extra cost.
  • Please note a 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The balancing payment is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday.

    All major credit and debit cards accepted (subject to handling fee – please enquire). Euro cheque payments accepted (subject to handling charge).

    Refundable Damage Deposit of £150 is required.
  • Short breaks permitted during low season – rates calculated on 45%* of the relevant weekly rate for 2 nights, 55% for 3 nights, 70% for 4 nights, 80% for 5 nights and 90% for 6 nights. (* rates step up to minimum £185 if this calculation falls below).

    Longer stays permitted, with discounts available for durations over one month.
