A contemporary, beautifully furnished, one bedroom ground floor level house located in the heart of Lower Parkstone, Poole and just a few minutes’ walk to numerous fabulous restaurants, bars and local amenities. It is newly renovated throughout and also benefits from a private garden area. Private entrance into fully fitted kitchen complete with utility cupboard (fridge / freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer) and small unit mounted tv/radio. The kitchen also includes hob and oven, microwave / combi oven. Hallway with doors to walk-in wardrobe, modern family bathroom (large walk in shower cubicle, sink and toilet) and bedroom. The bedroom (kingsize bed) has access to side doors and skylight. It also benefits from a 32” flat screen television. On into the open plan living / dining area with patio doors to a courtyard garden with steps up to larger garden area.

  • Bookings usually Saturday to Saturday.

    The rate includes all linen – bed linen (and cot linen if required), bath towels and beach towels.

    Cots, Highchairs (and where space permits – Z:beds) provided on request at no extra cost.

    Please note a 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The balancing payment is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday.
  • All major credit and debit cards accepted (subject to handling fee – please enquire). Euro cheque payments accepted (subject to handling charge).

    Refundable Damage Deposit of £150 is required.

    Short breaks permitted during low season – rates calculated on 45%* of the relevant weekly rate for 2 nights, 55% for 3 nights, 70% for 4 nights, 80% for 5 nights and 90% for 6 nights. (* rates step up to minimum £185 if this calculation falls below).
  • Longer stays permitted, with discounts available for durations over one month.
