Above Spandau's roofs you will find this lately equipped apartment in the fifth floor of an old Berlin building. It is conveniently located and close to the old part of Spandau and the train station Berlin-Spandau. Within 20 minutes you can reach the Olympiastadion, within 25 the station zoo, and within 35 the central station 'Hauptbahnhof/ Lehrter Bahnhof', all by the public transportation system. The apartment includes a living room, a room for children, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and bathtub. It is ideal for 2-4 persons. A lift is not available.

Nearest Airport: Berlin-Tegel (TXL) at 10 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Berlin-Spandau at 1 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Berlin-Spandau at 15 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
Spandau is in the west of Berlin and has lots of woods. The rivers Havel and Spree meet here. There you can have fun by sailing, rowing, swimming or just enjoying the beautiful view on a walk. Paths for bikes are mostly well built. After about 20 minutes by train you are in the centre of Berlin and can discover the history of this city. You may see old castles and find where the Berlin wall used to stand. Of course you may also visit today's political buildings like the Reichstag. On the other hand you will see how modern this city has become as you walk through the Sony Centre at Potsdamer Platz. The German culture is well represented by three opera houses, many theatres and musical theatres. Moreover, you can visit a lot of museums and two zoos. Thanks to the Berlin public traffic system, you can get almost anywhere by train, subway, or by bus.

Diese FeWo ist sehr angenehm. Alles denkbare ist Vorhanden. Aus dem Fenster gibt es ein schöner Blick über die Altstadt von Spandau.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und Service gericht.
Wir würden nächstes Mal bestimmt diesen Wohnung erneut buchen.

Superschöne kinderfreundliche Ferienwohnung!!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und sehr engagiert, die Wohnung ist für Reisende mit kleinen Kindern ein Traum! Unsere Kinder waren ganz begeistert vom Kinderzimmer und dem Angebot an Spielsachen (Bücher, Spiele, Puzzle, Duplosteine...). Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (alle erdenklichen Kochuntensilien sowie Grundausstattung wie Salz und Pfeffer, Zucker, Kaffe, Tee....eben Dinge, die man in anderen Wohnungen oft nicht findet!). Die Lage ist super, man braucht kein Auto, denn man ist nach kurzem Fußweg in der Spandauer Altstadt bzw. bei diversen Bus- / U-Bahn und S-Bahnhaltestellen. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Wir können den anderen positiven Bewertungen nichts hinzufügen und möchten uns auf diesem Wege eigentlich nur noch einmal bei unserer Vermieterin bedanken. Ganz besonderen Gruß auch von unserer Tochter!
Beim nächsten Berlin-Besuch möchten und werden wir wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

85 Stufen zurm Super Blick über Spandau

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen in der Nähe von der Spandauer Altstadt, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung an das BVG-Netz, U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Fernverkehr, (ein bischen laufen durch einen Park), Sie hat Alles doppelt und ist sehr gut ausgestattet, da man Tagsüber unterwegs ist das Alles vorhanden ist sehr von Vorteil. Vermieterin ist supernett und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, ein preiswertes Restaurant ist in der unmittelbaren Nähe, Infomaterial gibts jede Menge,
Es war einfach super, mehr kann ich nicht sagen.

Super eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnung läßt von der Einrichtung her keine Wünsche offen ! Man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Spiele und Bücher für Kinder und Erwachsene sind vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Spandau entfernt, von dort ist man per U-Bahn oder S-Bahn schnell mitten in Berlin. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein leckeres italienisch-mexikanisches Restaurant, etwas weiter ein kleiner Laden und genauso weit auch ein Lidl. Also ist auch die Nahversorgung bestens. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und werden sicher wiederkommen !
