Additional information about rental rates

  • For advanced bookings a 100 Euro deposit is required to secure your booking.
    Payment in full is required 6 weeks prior to occupancy.
    For bookings made 6 weeks or less prior to occupancy payment in full is necessary at time of booking
    There is a security deposit of 100 Euros to be paid to the host when you collect the keys. The security deposit is fully refundable minus the 55 Euros cleaning fee. The deposit is refunded when the host is satisfied that the apartment is in perfect order.
    For last minute bookings, the full amount plus the security deposit must be paid to the host on arrival.
    Arrivals and services outside of normal office hours (10.00-18.00) will incur an additional charge of 30 Euros. There is a cleaning fee of 55 Euros payed at the end of the rental period, additional cleaning can be provided for long term rentals.
  • The host will meet you at a pre-arranged time where he will show you around and explain everything that you need to know.
