Beautiful Tuscan estate home, fully furnished with walnut and marble floors, Persian rugs, terra cotta tile roof and authentic stucco exterior. Elegant library with fireplace, grand piano and venetian plaster walls. Two master bedrooms with queen beds and ensuite full bathrooms. One additional bedroom with queen bed and another bedroom with two extra long single beds, sharing a full bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a separate shower. Six french doors lead out to a full sized patio and balconies for outdoor living, including outdoor dining table, chairs and charcoal grill. Elegant great room includes a kitchen with granite island, mahogany formal dining table and china cabinet, walnut wall unit with sofa including a 36 high definition flat panel TV connected to a high powered stereo for cinema quality sound, including DVD and Blu-ray players. Additional TVs upstairs and in bedrooms. Three high performance gaming PCs with high speed internet. Full sized 40' pool in back yard.
