This garden apartment is furnished and equipped for refined living and offers sophisticated levels of comfort and contemporary convenience. The lounge and dining area are furnished to the highest standard and enjoys views across the sun terrace towards the sea. Large advanced flat screen TV in lounge, TV and CD entertainment systems to each room. Piped radio to every room. Subtle lighting control, air-con and heating are operated by a wall mounted digital control centre. The fully fitted kitchen and utility have ample cupboards, granite worktops, dishwasher and american style fridge/freezer. The master bedroom en-suite is fitted with twin sinks, a two person hydro spa bath tub and a separate shower cubicle. The second bedroom has access to its own small terrace which enjoys the morning sun. The second bathroom is fitted with a hydro massage shower. The large furnished sun terrace has a southwest aspect and a small garden area overlooking the communal pool and path to the beach.

The apartment is in an exclusive sub tropical setting and has views to the sea and coastline towards Gibraltar and to the mountains of North Africa. Torre Bermeja lies virtually on the beachfront, along a beautiful stretch of tranquil coastline. The complex has two pools and also boasts an indoor pool and gym. Tikitanos Beachfront Restaurant is just a few minutes walk away or for more casual dining there are two local Deli Bars. Puerto Banus is a little over 10 minutes drive away and is now widely recognised as the St.Tropez of the Costa Del Sol. Marbella is within a half hour drive and has something to offer everyone, blending lively nightlife with lazy beaches alongside modern architecture with old and historical. Nearby Estepona town has excellent beaches and a lovely old Spanish town centre full of shops and restaurants. Many of the famous golf courses are nearby, and for children there is Selwo Safari Park, tennis, horse riding and fishing facilities can be found in the area.

    25% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
    £500.00 refundable security deposit is required, payable at the same time that your balance is due and refundable (after inspection of the apartment) within 14 days of your departure date.
