This modern, light and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is situated in a quiet residential area close to the village centre, just a 5 minute stroll away and a further 5 minutes stroll will bring you to the old fishing port, and the waterside restaurants. The villa has been beautifully furnished throughout to a high standard. On ground floor there is an impressive large open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area. Patio doors lead to a front terrace with table and chairs bordered by gardens with plenty of space for sunbathing. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one master double bedroom with en suite shower room, and two further twin bedrooms, there is also a large family bathroom with both shower and bath. The property benefits from a secure gated driveway offering off street parking.

Nearest Ferry: Sete at 10 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Agde at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Florensac at 8 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 2000.0 Metres
The ancient fishing town of Sete is just 20km away and has excellent shopping, markets, restaurants and a traditional fish auction at the quayside at 5pm each evening. The medieval walled town of Carcassone is breathtaking and well worth a visit. A short drive inland takes you into scenery rich in vine groves and ancient villages and where landscapes give way to the mountainside. The passes are perfect for hiking and the hidden villages feature fantastic restaurants and architecture. Try a trip to Roquebrun where the village is built into the hillside and you can canoe down the river surrounded by wildlife and fantastic scenery. Alternatively you can always sun bathe nearby on 12km of beautiful sandy beaches while the more energetic members of your party do the hard work! Montpelier is only a short distance for big name shopping and sightseeing, It is also useful to remember that Barcelona is only a three hour drive south and can also be reached by train from Montpelier or Agde.

Very nice villa, would suit a family or couples. Well equipped and good location, near the town centre but in a quiet location. The beach is about 5 minutes drive, has golden sands and the usual water sports. A good selection of restaurants both in the town along the harbour and also at the beach. We went mid September and half the resort was closed. In high season there is a fun fair, go karting, bars and nightclubs for the younger generation, and plenty of places for R & R for the oldies.

We would go here again, no qualms. A good trip out is the African Safari Reserve, about an hours drive south. Montpellier is a lovely typical French City. Beziers probably not worth a visit in our opinion.

Journey is a piece of cake on Easyjet, and about a 50 minute drive from the airport to the villa.

If you go here you will not be disappointed
