This is a first floor apartment recently constructed with a balcony that over looks the courtyard and pool area. It has a spacious living & dining area with two sofas, Flat LCD TV, DVD player and stereo system. The good sized kitchen is fully equipped with oven, electric hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The bedrooms are spacious with fitted wardrobes and they both have two sets of single beds. Outside, the development is set on a 5000 sq meter plot that is surrounded by Portuguese country side that allows for a peaceful setting. The apartment faces south so you have sun all day on the balcony.
