The villa has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen space in the downstairs with large windows overlooking the pool and terrace area. There is one double bedroom downstairs with two single beds and adjacent bathroom and upstairs is the master and third bedroom both with en-suit bathrooms and balconies. The living room is equipped with a 32 inch LCD Flat TV with a DVD player, stereo system and internet access is available with a pay as you go dongle. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine and dishwasher. Outside the garden surrounds the villa with a lawn and there is a pool of 6 x 4 meters that will keep you cool in the hot midday sun.

This modern villa recently constructed in 2009 is located on the tranquil shores of the Obidos Lagoon. In the surrounding pine & eucalyptus forests you can enjoy hiking, fishing, mountain biking and general outdoor pursuits plus on your door step are two 18 hole championship golf courses namely Praia Del Rei and Bom Sucesso. There is a sailing club on the lagoon where you can rent out windsurfers, canoes, kite-surfers and hobby-cats and on the nearby beach of Baleal you can rent surfboards and also have surf lessons. Baleal beach is one of the best surfing destination in Europe and is great for beginners and experienced surfers.
