The villa is fully equipped and furnished, including TVs, stereo system, air conditioning and central heating, fireplace, barbecue area and all the requirements for a trouble free vacation. It also has a game room with different games and a Ping Pong Table. This lovely villa is also fully equipped to guarantee maximum comfort all year round as it has air conditioning units, heated flooring and a fireplace in the main living room. The game room is also heated with an air conditioning unit and fire heating. In addition, the villa´s terrace faces south allowing for the sun to naturally heat the property and providing a breathtaking afternoon view. Foz do Arelho is considered to be one of the most wonderful areas of the Silver Coast. It combines amazing Obidos Lagoon with the splendid beach of Foz do Arelho, making it the perfect location for a peaceful and quite vacation. It is an historically exquisite holiday destination, with its delightful and unique sceneries and architecture. The village has plenty traditional and excellent restaurants and cafes, giving it its own special charm. It also has all the facilities that are required such as banks, pharmacies, mini-markets, post office, etc. There are also plenty of activities that can be enjoyed, such as sailing (sailing club and aquatic sports centre), biking, hiking, snorkeling, fishing and many others. It is also set very close to some of the best golf courses in the region, such as Praia D'el Rey, Bom Sucesso and Golden Eagle. Portugal's capital Lisbon is only 1 hr drive away, and other lovely locations are very close by, such as the medieval town of Obidos.

Golf: The Silver Coast area has some of the finest golf courses in Portugal, some of which are totally new. The championship golf course at the Bom Sucesso Development was designed by Donal Steel. It is a PAR 72 golf course with an area exceeding 600 thousand sqm; the first nine holes are played on a level part of the terrain while the second nine are located on uneven terrain, and are therefore quite spectacular. The golf course at Praia d'el Rey is an 18 hole championship course. It is a par 73 with 6,448 mts. This is an award winning golf course ranked 13 in the European Top 100 Golf Courses. Its unique location and stunning sea views make this one of the most spectacular courses in Portugal. Both these wonderful and exiting courses are only a 10 mns drive from the villa and special packages are available. Very close to the villa there is also the Golden Eagle Golf course. Designed by the U.S. golf course architect, Rocky Roquemore, the course covers 90 hectares, along which golfers must negotiate 9 lakes and 87 large bunkers. It is an 18 hole, par 72 course with a total distance of 6,623 mts. Special packages are also available. Halfway to Lisbon, there is also the Campo Real Golf Course. This is a Donald Steel's extraordinarily beautiful and uniquely challenging 18-hole, 72 par championship golf course with a total distance of 6,011 mts. You can also enjoy some of the championship courses in Lisbon, such as Quinta da Marinha, Penha Longa or Beloura among many others.
