This is 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor with view over the pool. The apartment is situated in a brand new development with a large pool, pool terrace and roof terrace plus landscaped gardens. The roof terrace has two brick built BBQ with views to the sea. Inside the apartment all the equipment and furniture is new. The kitchen comes with all modern appliances including a dishwasher and has access to a good sized balcony with its own brick built barbecue. The living / dinning room is spacious, bright and modern with comfortable furniture to relax in. The two bedrooms sleep 5, bedroom one has a large double bed and bedroom two sleeps up to 3 people incorporating a single bed and bunk bed. The bathroom is again a good size with a bath and shower unit, toilet, biday, sink and mirror and finished to a modern contemporary style. For entertainment there is a 32' LCD TV with DVD, stereo and 'pay as you go' internet access.

The bay of Sao Martinho do Porto is a safe haven for swimming, windsurfing, sailing, canoeing and various other watersports. The protected surrounding countryside of Jurassic cliffs, pine & eucalyptus forest are perfect for walking and cycling in and enjoying nature in general. The town of itself is picturesque, quaint and peaceful except in the height of season during the summer months when the small seaside town come alive with tourists from all around Europe. The local restaurants serve up the local catch of the day either fish or shell fish and for the meat eaters there is a famous wild boar restaurant serving a tasty steak or two. During the day the climate of the Silver Coast of Portugal is steady dry and warm with the temperature rarely exceeding 30 degrees and rarely falling below 16 degrees.
