This is a refined and discreet apartment hotel, that wants to be a great tribute to Puccini, the world famous musician who was born and grown up here. Romance, elegance, and originality are the first impressions that you can perceive when entering the building. The structure is made up of 15 apartments divided into 4 blocks: Turandot, Tosca, Madama Butterfly and Boheme. Each block has a number of apartments called with the names of the characters of the related works of the great musician (Ping, Pong, Pang, Liù Tosca, Cavaradossi, Scarpia, Sagrestano, Floria, Angelotti, Spoletta, Cio-cio san, Pinkerton, Mimi, Musetta, Rodolfo).

Massarosa is located in the zone between the Alps and the Versilia coast. The local economy is based mainly on industrial activities of the many shoe factories that are in the area. The name of the village was first mentioned in an official document of the 932 as the 'mass Grauso' and then by 1260, with 'mass Grosa. Its name derives from the compound of 'mass' and the name of German origin 'Grauso. Massarosa has 20,036 inhabitants (Massarosesi) and an area of 68.59 square kilometers a population density of 292.11 people per square kilometer. It rises 10 meters above the sea level. The territory of the municipality resulting from 3 to 467 meters above sea level.
