This linked Villa is in a private gated community of just 19 properties with video surveillance, private parking, communal swimming pool and gardens surrounded by countryside. The property is south west facing, with a full well equipped kitchen, fire alarm, security alarm and electric shutters complete with sea views. The villa is on 3 levels, the main entrance on level 1 with two bedrooms both en suite. The upper floor has one bedroom with en suite. On the lower level you have lounge/dining area, kitchen, cloakroom and utility room with safe. This level leads you onto your own private garden and then onto the communal areas including pool, relaxation area and BBQ area. The property has full air-conditioning throughout for cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. Please ask about our long winter lets.

This is a perfect location for a peaceful relaxing holiday within the development and for the more adventurous within a ten minute drive you have access to a large shopping mall, golf, marinas and plenty of night life.

  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

    A security/damages refundable deposit of €250 is payable in cash on arrival and is returned as soon as the property has been checked on departure and the keys returned. Check – out 10am (some degree of flexibility), check in 3pm (some degree of flexibility).

    Arrivals after 8pm will be charged an additional €50 for late arrival.

    A small charge will be incurred for use of the safe that is payable upon arrival.

    Child cots can be arranged for an additional cost that is payable upon arrival.

    Airport transfers and car rental can be arranged at extra cost at the time of booking.

With a host of beaches and restaurants to choose from this makes an ideal holiday base for all the fun and excitement as well as the peace and tranquility.
