A splendid 1 bedroom apartment created from the ground floor of a detached villa facing south and so giving beautiful views down to the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment’s south facing covered patio area is a delightful place to sunbathe, eat and drink or just to admire the views. The apartment is newly renovated and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, sleeping 2 in the bedroom’s double bed and 2 on the lounge sofa bed. The bedroom’s fitted wardrobes contain a safe. The large bathroom contains a bath/shower, toilet and sink. The good sized lounge incorporates a dining table and chairs for indoor eating whilst the patio table and chairs encourage outdoor eating. The apartment’s kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, washing machine and plenty of cooking utensils as well as crockery for 4 people. An iron and ironing board are also provided. Satellite TV provides programmes in English, Spanish and German.
