This is a true 'home from home', a modern 3 bedroom semi-detached house in a pleasant location on level ground. It is situated in Watcombe Park, a leafy suburb 2 miles from the centre of Torquay, 1 mile from St Marychurch, and 1.5 miles from Babbacombe. The first floor accommodation includes 3 double bedrooms (one twin, one double, one bunk beds) and a house bathroom with bath, shower and WC. The bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes, chests and bedside cabinets. All linen and towels are provided. On the ground floor is a kitchen with built in gas cooker, separate gas hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and a full set of utensils. Also a dining room; lounge with large corner suite and matching stool, and digital television; laundry room; and reception hall. There is a shower room and separate WC attached to the laundry room. The house has been extensively refurbished in 2009. Outside there is a garden, and a large patio/parking space accessed by high double gates.

Watcombe Park is a quiet, pleasant suburb of Torquay to the North of the town. It is on the edge of the built up area and close to the coast but only 2 miles from the centre of Torquay. There are excellent bus services to Torquay and the Willows shopping centre, and convenient local shops. Local attractions Brunel Woods and Valley of Rocks are both within half a mile. There is excellent walking close by, with well-defined country and coastal paths. Watcombe Beach is less than a mile from the property accessed via a woodland walk. St Marychurch with the Torquay Golf Club, Model Village, Bygones, and Oddicombe Beach is only a mile away and Babbacombe is just a further half mile down the coast with pubs, restaurants, theatre and beaches. Further up the coast to the North are the delightful seaside resorts of Shaldon, Teignmouth and Dawlish. There are many attractions further afield but easily accessible from Watcombe, including Paignton. Brixham, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Dartmoor.
