A new, beautifully built rustic apartment, located on the higher slopes of Pianello Del Lario which overlooks the central lake area. The panoramic views enjoyed from this location is amazing. The apartment is on the ground floor level of the building but is raised above road level offering a stunning view all around. As you approach the front door to the apartment, there is a small terrace and small garden where you can enjoy relaxing & dining 'al fresco'. The apartment is the perfect choice for a single family or couple. It can accommodate up to four people with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. It has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. Enjoy taking a swim in the heated communal pool just across from the apartment. There is an available free public parking space just in front of the apartment

Additional information about rental rates

  • 3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff
  • There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
  • The service charge is 70 Euro for one week and 90 Euro for two weeks, this charge is inclusive of bed linen & towels, gas, electricity,water & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property).
    Tea towels & Beach towels are not supplied.
    If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
    The final cleaning is offered free of charge.

We were happy to see it was in a more rural location then we thought..it was peaceful and quiet. The views were enviable. The apartment was a little small, but then again we were 4 large adults. I think it would be ideal for a couple, or a family with young kids. All furniture was modern and easy to live in. We loved our stay here, and recommend it to anyone wanting to be in a more rural a peaceful location and who aren’t worried about being within walking distance to shops..
