Brand new luxury first floor, studio apartment, sleeping 2 people. Stylishly and elegantly furnished - living room with large sofa bed (with just one motion the sofa transforms into a bed complete with linen and pillows) and wardrobe, dining table and bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink. Open the French doors and enjoy the stunning 180 degree panoramic lake view from the balcony extending from the lounge. There is also a shared outdoor swimming pool (open at the beginning of June) and surrounding terrace to enjoy plus a garage and parking space. We would like you to note that there are two flights of outdoor stone steps with hand-rails, from the parking area leading to the front door of the apartment.

From Varenna, you can explore each of the picturesque towns along the lake as well as skiing destinations such as Valtellina, St. Moritz, Livigno and Bormio which are north of Sondrio or alternatively, Chiavenna and Madesimo (directly north from the top of the lake).

Additional information about rental rates

  • There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form on-line and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
  • 3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff
  • The service charge is 70 Euro for one week and 90 Euro for two weeks, this charge is inclusive of bed linen & towels, gas, electricity,water & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property).
    Tea towels & Beach towels are not supplied.
    If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
    The final cleaning is offered free of charge

I decided to suprise my girlfirend with a romantic getaway to Lake Como. My parents always took their holidays there and I wanted to see what I was missing! I found a romantic looking studio apartment that was located in a complex just above Varenna. When my girlfriend and I arrived we got out the car immediately and were both amazed by the views of the lake. We didn't think it was going to get even better until we stepped into the perfect romantic retreat, Ulivo 8. It was very clean, well equipped, and had a very cosy feel. We had impressive views overlooking the lake. The studio was a perfect base to come back to in the evenings. The space was perfect for 2, and all the furniture was brand new, and technologies were modern. I definitely recommend this Studio for anyone wanting a romantic getaway! Also the price is just right! We will certainly look to return.

uns hat die Unterkunft wirklich sehr gut gefallen und wir könnten uns einen erneuten Aufenthalt am Comer See in diesem Appartement sicherlich sehr gut vorstellen.
