Both have 2 sleeping areas with Della Fontana having one large double bedroom with ensuite and then a upper sleeping loft with a further 4 sleeping places. La Dolce Vita offers 1 double bedroom and a separate self contained studio. Both have incredibly large terraces and Della Fontana offering a jacuzzi. These apartments are sure to provide you with a more than relaxing holiday. Bella Fontana Studio - Is a unique studio apartment based in Menaggio offering incredible lake views and all of the modern conveniences one would need for a perfect holiday. It's perfect for a couple.

This newly constructed apartment offers top quality fixtures and fittings throughout. The interior finishings of the apartment are beautifully done, from the bleached-oak parquet floor to the elegant painted suede finish walls. It is fitted with all modern appliances to facilitate La Dolce Vita: A full kitchen allows you to cook your favourite Italian dishes, using fresh herbs available in the garden area. A built –in tile bath tub, big enough for two, lets you relax together in style. There is a flat wide screen TV with skycable and dvd player in the living area, framed by two large sliding glass doors to access the spectacular terrace, giving picture-postcard views of the lake throughout the apartment. You can enjoy the heat of the sun on this front terrace while preparing a barbeque on the outdoor grill, or stay cool in the garden behind. A special feature of this apartment is that it has direct access to the amazing monumental fountain which runs down from the mountain.

    Our one & two weekly Service Charges of EU 70 & EU 90 are inclusive of bed linen & towels, gas, electricity, water & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & Beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis. The final property clean is offered free of charge.
  • Short Breaks
    3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff

    Additional Extras
    We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office ‘Happy Holiday Homes’ in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per week, Push Chair - EU 25 per week, Camp Bed – EU 85 per week, Internet Access - EU 15 per week.
  • Payments by Credit/Debit Card & Wire Transfer
    There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form on-line and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
