Hi folks,
Wonderful Lake Como experience and once we found the "how to" book for the apartment and had a conversation with the owner, life became a lot easier as we were able to make most things work. Great accommodation, perfect site and we would certainly go there again and we would happily work with you on others. The detailed information and directions were super! Our only complaint was that there were zero supplies - no condiments, no cleaning products, paper towels, cooking oil, etc., etc. We've rented many other places and this was the first time in Italy and the first time there was nothing there to start with. So one has to go buy all these things and they disappear at the end of each visitor's stay so the next person has to start from scratch too. The cleaning lady must have a hellova supply at home.
