Sogno Infinito - Boasts incredible views from both the private terrace which contains dining table and swing bed, the living area and the infinity swimming pool. It has one large double bedroom and is perfect for a romantic couples holiday. Paradiso del Lago - Again boasts incredible views from either the terrace, swimming pool and the living area. This apartment is ultra luxurious and offers a Jacuzzi bath, 2 double bedrooms which are arranged as 1 king and 1 twin. Lakes Heaven - Again having the use of the residences shared swimming the property boast incredible views, 1 double bedroom and all the luxuries one needs for a perfect holiday.

A stunning property just 300m from the waters edge, situated in an exclusive and very peaceful gated residence in Gaeta Menaggio, with inspiring lake views of the central lake and of beautiful Bellagio. The property offers a modern Open-Plan layout with a modern kitchen and living/dining area with glass doors leading to a spacious sunny balcony-terrace to relax and enjoy at your leisure, whilst taking in the breathtaking lake and mountain views. Accommodation is flexible and consists of 1 spacious King Size bedroom and 1 sofa bed. If you are feeling a little more active make the most of the generously sized communal swimming pool which is situated in the very well maintained grounds featuring olive and birch trees. A private garage is close by to the residence for convenience. Public Tennis Courts are just 10 minutes drive away and the world-famous Menaggio and Cadenabblia Golf Club is only 15 minutes drive away.

    Our one & two weekly Service Charges of EU 70 & EU 90 are inclusive of bed linen & towels, gas, electricity, water & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & Beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis. The final property clean is offered free of charge.
  • Short Breaks
    3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff

  • Payments by Credit/Debit Card & Wire Transfer
    There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form on-line and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
