We have 2 luxury apartments in a stunning location boasting stunning views of Lake Como. Domus Isa has 3 bedrooms sleeping 7 adult guests comfortably and with its large sunny terrace and BBQ area it is the perfect apartment for a group of friends or family. The apartment also has 2 bathrooms and it has all of the modern conveniences one would require for a comfortable vacation. Domus Mira again is a 3 bedroom property sleeping 6 guests, it has a large sunny terrace which is perfect for alfresco dining. The two apartments can be rented separately or also together to provide flexible accommodation for up to 13 adult guests. Based in San Siro the apartments are perfectly located for exploring the lake, with Menaggio, Varenna and Bellagio within easy reach.

Brand new luxury apartment in a new, elegant Holiday Villa, brand newly furnished in a traditional style. The apartment is located on the hillside above Santa Maria, just a few minutes from Menaggio. This apartment occupies the superior floor of the Villa and offers one of the most spectacular views of the lake and the mountains and the Golden Triangle (Menaggio, Varenna & Bellagio), from the large, 80 sq.m. panoramic terrace. You can also enjoy the stunning lake views inside the apartment, especially from the open-plan living area with wood burning stove. The new kitchen is fully fitted and includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and a blender. There are three bedrooms (2 king size beds & 1 set of bunk beds that can be separated) and one bathroom with a separate shower, a bath and hairdryer. The property has been designed to enjoy the unique lake-view from all the angles. The apartment offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

    Our one & two weekly Service Charges of EU 70 & EU 90 are inclusive of bed linen & towels, gas, electricity, water & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & Beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis. The final property clean is offered free of charge.

    3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff
  • Additional Facilities
    We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office ‘Happy Holiday Homes’ in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per week, Push Chair - EU 25 per week, Camp Bed – EU 85 per week, Internet Access - EU 15 per week.

    Payments by Credit/Debit Card & Wire Transfer
    There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
