The Villa: It is brand-new with 100% privacy; it is well sized and very tastefully furnished. The small pool is excellent for kids and a refreshing for adults (4.5m * 2.5m * 0.9m.). The garden is in the sun from 08h00 am until 17h00 and the house does not heat up to extreme heats. A pleasant evening breeze guarantees perfect temperatures in the evening in and outside the house. We think you will have the best holidays ever, the area is extremely romantic, but you will find the house to be even more romantic, it is excellent for a loving couple and for normal or big families.

Please pay Attention to : Although the villa is at 60 m height over the valley and 1 km away from the motorway ... you can still hear very reduced traffic noises, so it is not 100% silent, do they bother. not at all, we just tell you this because we want to beat all your expectations. Also the road to go up the hill is very steep, it is only accessible for experienced drivers. The first time ... quite a shock ... then you get used to it and ... my mother is 78 and drives up and down without a problem. We warmly recommend the area as well in winter, when it is wet and cold in the north, the Riviera has a very mild climate with a lot of sunshine and temperatures reaching easily 20'C also at Christmas. Daytrips and excursions are often as good in winter as in summer.
