Additional information about rental rates

  • Addtional persons are priced at £150 per week - Adult, £75 child under 16 years old.
    50% of the cost of the rental is required to secure the booking.
    The balance is due to be paid 12 weeks before your holiday commences. Exchange rate at 1.20 euros to the £1.

    The damage deposit depends on number of persons. This will be returned to you on your return from your holiday villa via Internet banking.
    Departure time is at 11am and arrival time after 15.00. I do try to accommodate all my guests ie. luggage is able to be left until 14.00pm.

    Late check out can be arranged at an additional cost.
