Fantastic 4 bedroom house located in Cambrils, just 350m from the beach. This magnificent house is located in ' El Dorado', a height quality Residential area in Cambrils, just 1 km from the commercial centre, restaurants and all the shops. Its a very new house (year 2008), and is the first time of renting. It has air conditioning all the house. It has a beautiful private garden with swimming pool, combined with grass and TEKA wood around the swim pool. There is a lovely canopy with all the terrace furniture. The house surface is 220 m2: Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms, maximum sleep 9 people, 3 double beds, 2 single, and it can also sleep 1 child on the sofa ( 1 person) or put 1 extra bed in the living room. Bedrooms: total 3 bedrooms, 1 complete bedroom with bathtub, 2 bedrooms with shower. Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, micro-wave, washing-machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Living Room: huge & very comfortable sofa, TV, dining room table Outside: terrace.

Cambrils is located in the Spanish region of Catalonia on the Costa Dorada. The town has developed as a modern, international tourist destination whilst managing to retain the charm of a traditional Spanish fishing village. Its three biggest attractions are without doubt its golden beaches, its fabulous seafood restaurants and its proximity to the Universal Studios Port Aventura theme park. You'll find plenty to see and do here but this is a fairly relaxed resort. Cambrils is easily reached via two international airports - Reus just 12 kilometres away and Barcelona which is about an hour's drive north east. The many beaches here extend over nine kilometres. With fine sand gently shelving into the warm waters of the Mediterranean and plenty of watersports and beach activities, Cambrils is an ideal destination for families and beach buffs. Stayed the last week of August 2009. Clean, tidy, modern and pretty close to the beach (5 minutes walk). Pool was great but relatively small and had a tendancy to cause the whole house electrics to trip out. Raul was very helpful but sadly we had a few complaints. Chief among these were the lack of basic things you might expect at this price. For example, No welcome pack, No toilet rolls, Bath towels that were actually hand towels, beds not made up etc etc. Nothing on its own right a disaster but together it became annoying.
