Stellenbosch is a town in the Western Cape province of South Africa, situated about 50 kilometres (30 miles) east of Cape Town, along the banks of the Eerste Rivier. The Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschhoek valleys form the Cape Winelands. Surrounded by some of the Cape’s top hotels and restaurants and directly opposite the beautiful Stellenbosch botanic gardens, close to the famous Danie Craven sports centre and with easy access to mountain walks and climbs, the property could not be better placed. Stellenbosch has direct access to the Boland and Swartland. Towns like Paarl, Franshoek, Wellington, and Sommerset West, and the beaches of the Strand and Gordon’s Bay, and Cape Town - that are a must, for any visitor to the Cape, are all a a short drive away. If you are intending doing the wine route, then you are already here - with minimal travel to some of the best estates and wine in the country. Up market shops and malls, offering a variety of produce, are all close.
