This great villa, completed in 2009, is situated on a large private plot at the back of a cool development with views over the nature reserve. It has a private pool (6m x 4m) and sleeps 6. There are 3 beautiful bedrooms – a double and 2 twins (with wooden floors and large balconies). The spacious open plan living/dining area was furnished by an interior designer in a contemporary style with Italian leather sofas and a 32” flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo. Large sliding doors open onto the terrace and pool allowing you to sit either in the shade or by the pool in the sun. There is a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Bed linen and towels are provided. Sorry no smoking or pets. The villa is situated within a relaxing pine and eucalyptus forest and there's a fantastic Blue Flag family beach 10 minutes walk away , a new cycle track around the lagoon and world class golf a short drive away. It's a great place for everyone of all ages with wonderful weather nearly all year.

Less than 1 hour’s drive from Lisbon Airport, the Silver Coast still retains a sense of being undiscovered and unspoiled. The villa at Pinhal Village is situated by the Obidos Lagoon – a large sheltered coastal inlet with its sweeping expanse of family-friendly Blue Flag beaches . A nature reserve surrounds the development with a network of trails and cycle paths around the lagoon. The Silver coast is renowned for its medieval towns and authentic fishing villages. Close by is Obidos, a lovely walled town with great bars and restaurants and artisan’s shops lining its cobbled streets. Explore the old fishing village of Peniche and sample the catch of the day in one of its many restaurants or watch the surfers from one of the great beach side cafes at Foz do Arelho (on the other side of the lagoon). For golfers The world class cliff-top Praia D'El Rey golf course and the new championship Bom Sucesso golf course are only a short drive away.
