The house is situated on a hillside just at the arrival in the village of Bargemon with a beautiful view of the valley, mountains and the village of Clavier. The location is 400 m from the center og Bargemon and the villa is new renovated inside and outside. You are in the charming Provence. As you enter the property through the large gate, you immediately feel how you have been transported into another world. The garden encloses the house with a pool 5 x 10 m and offers views in all directions; it is very peaceful. It is charming but also very practical. It has several terraces and there is a covered terrace in front of the house and the new pool is just below the house. Perfectly situated apart from the house but you can see it from the house and keep an eye on the children.

Enjoy a holiday in Bargemon only 20 min drive from the beautiful villages of Fayence. The large lake Lac St. Cassian is only 25 min drive away. Here you can rent paddle boats and canoes and it is a perfect place for swimming. The beaches of Cannes and St. Rapahel are only 30 -40 min drive away or if you want to do some great shopping try Rue d'Antibes in Cannes or the small stores of St. Tropez which is one and a half hours drive from Bargemon. Nice and its old village is only one hours drive and if you want to mingle with the rich and famous then drive to Monaco within 80 min. If you prefer the mountains, then there is the Gorge de Verdon one hour north of us and only 20 min drive will take your through a smaller gorge and up to the charming mountain village of Mons.If you are a golfer, then you can reach at least ten good courses within an hours drive. One of the most famous courses the Terre Blace resort is only 20 minutes away. Here you find the Fours Seasons Hotel with its spa.

    Villa cleaning € 100, laundered bed linen & towels € 25 pr. person. Pool maintenance each week inclusive. The villa rental includes electricity, gas and water consumption during mid and high season.
    Between 1 October and 30 April, electricity is charged according to usage as is wood for the wood burner in the salon.
  • Changeover day
    Saturday changeover in high and mid-season. Flexible at other times. Arrival after 4pm, departure by 10am.
  • Booking notes
    We ask for a deposit of 25% of the rental at booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks before the rental period begins together with a 400 euro returnable security deposit.
