Lovely detached villa on a spacious, quiet, walled and secure plot of 1000 sqm. All on one level, there is a spacious lounge, with fully fitted kitchen (cooker, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine). Master bedroom with full ensuite, a further double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, full bathroom, and shower room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and electric fans. The villa has a private swimming pool, side terrace with table and chairs (with large parasol), as well as an eating area under the pagoda, and a BBQ. The porch gives a shady place to sit during the day, overlooking the pool, and there is also a roof terrace. TV with DVD player (no tv channels currently), and stereo in the lounge. San Luis is an established residential area set beside the beautiful salt lakes on the borders of Torreveija. San Luis has its own local selection of shops, bars and restaurants, supermarket, and banks.... All within 5 min walk from the villa. Nearby is La Siesta where you will find a superb Water Park (open June to September) great fun for the kids. Spacious beaches can be found at Guadamar and can be reached within 10 mins by car . Torreveija town centre with it's lively promenade, bars and restaurants is 7 mins by car. San Luis is a great base to explore the Costa Blanca with Calpe and Benidorm an hours drive to the North, and La Manga and Cartegena less than an hour to the South.

A Great Place To Stay

I spent a week at the villa in july with my teenage son and girlfriend. The private pool Is just fantastic, and we had a very relaxing week. The Location has lots to offer with the beach only ten minutes drive away. But we also just enjoyed the outside space and spent much of our time relaxing by the pool and preparing a BBQ in the evening.

The Villa was clean and just as described, and the local manager was very helpful with all of our questions and requests.

Just what we needed.... Will Be Booking again!
