The villa is located in Cascais coast,with excellent touristic facilities in Summer and Winter. Superb offer of historical places (palaces castles, etc..) and beautiful old gardens in Cascais and Sintra. It takes 35 minutes on a very nice trip by train from Cascais to Lisbon city. Trekking trails in the mountain or coast, tennis, plenty of golfs, a casino and horse riding are also available nearby. You also have free bikes in Cascais to make wonderful rides to the small town of Cascais on a cycling route on the border of the coast of the guincho beach. The house is in a condominium with pool and garden. It has 4 bedrooms, a big new decorated living room with plenty of sunshine facing the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 nice bathrooms. The terrace with barbecue faces the big garden and pool. It's quietness and sunny. You're more than welcome, there's everything to make your stay very pleasant!

  • SPECIAL OFFER OF THE WEEK FROM NOVEMBER 2009 TIILL DECEMBER 2009 ( 700€ PER WEEK)

    On low season there is B&B available for 50€ ( week days) and 60€ ( weekend days) per room 2 pax occupancy.

  • A deposit of 40% is required when reserving the property by bank transfer. The remaining 60% can be paid on the arrival.

    A damage deposit of 250 Euros per booking is required on arrival in cash, and will be returned to you on the date of your departure.

    Weekend availabel rental period during low an mid season.

    No extra costs are charged for 8 people.
    The Villa can lodge 10 persons but a supplement of 80€ is charged per person on week rates and 30€ on weekend rates.

    From end of September until 15 of December and from 5 January until 26 of march it will be the same price per week from the rest of the year.

The villa was clean, very spacious and had great facilities with all the mod cons. Ana the owner made the booking very easy and simple. She was delightful once we arrived. The up keep of the place and the gardens were beautiful. I would recommend a car as it is about 10 mins from town, however buses and taxi are not that expensive. Overall an excellent place to stay and I would recommend this to anyone.
