Complex is four stories high with two pools situated opposite a hotel and marina complex. Located on a bus route 6 kilometers from M'diq. The secure complex consists of two bedroom apartments with sleeping facilities for 4-6 people on the Mediterranean coast, 3 minutes from the beach. Newly decorated in an authentic Moroccan style. Fully serviced and maintained locally. Parking space provided. Fully equipped kitchen to European standards. Satellite TV, air-con. Morocco has long been a favorite holiday destination for Europeans mainly due to the unspoiled area, lush green hills, ancient fishing villages and towns and the superb climate. The resort has breathtaking views over the Mediterranean coast at the base of the foothills of the RIF Mountains. Situated just 50km from Tangiers airport and is only a 3 hour flight from London.

There is plenty of things to keep you busy during your stay, from an impressive aqua-park nearby or the nearby town of M'diq, where the wide palm-lined boulevards attract lively crowds in the evenings. Enjoy the tasty Moroccan cuisine in any of the many local restaurants. The Mdiq area is famous for its local craftsman peddling their wares in a maze of intertwining streets and is recognized as a tourist region in the country. The Colina Smir development is in a prime location close to no less than 2 Marinas, one of which is opposite the complex. Easy access to the golen sand and Mediterranean sea , allowing a choice of relaxing by the pool or go for a swim in the Mediterranean. Also a good chouice of local restaurants
