Complex is four stories high with two pools situated opposite a hotel and marina complex. Located on a bus route 6 kilometers from M'diq. The secure complex consists of two bedroom apartments with sleeping facilities for 4-6 people on the Mediterranean coast, 3 minutes from the beach. Newly decorated in an authentic Moroccan style. Fully serviced and maintained locally. Parking space provided. Fully equipped kitchen to European standards. Satellite TV, air-con. Morocco has long been a favorite holiday destination for Europeans mainly due to the unspoiled area, lush green hills, ancient fishing villages and towns and the superb climate. The resort has breathtaking views over the Mediterranean coast at the base of the foothills of the RIF Mountains. Situated just 50km from Tangiers airport and is only a 3 hour flight from London.

The Colina Smir development is in a prime location close to the Mediterranean sea with access to its beautiful white sandy beaches allowing a choice of relaxing by the pool or go for a swim in the Mediterranean.
