This centrally located traditionally stone built Mallorcan house has high ceilings and wooden beams and terracotta floors throughout. The house is furnished and decorated to a very high standard with comfortable sofas and chairs using high quality fabrics. A perfect retreat. ACCOMMODATION: Sleeps 8 (4 Bedrooms), Bedroom 1 with king size bed (can be made into a twin). Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with double bed. Bedroom 4 with double bed which can be accessed direct from the house or independently. All bedrooms have air conditioning, private bathrooms. Guest cloakroom on the ground floor. Fully fitted kitchen (Stainless steel cooker with ceramic hob. Microwave. Dishwasher. American-style fridge/freezer). large lounge, Utility Room, Outside terraces and ample parking all just minutes away from the shops and fine restaurants. Wifi access and complimentary local and national calls (excluding mobiles and other special numbers) is provided.

Get ready for rugged coastlines, beautiful scenery practically untouched by tourism apart from a few hotspots, a literary history including a few expat Brits such as 'I Claudius' Robert Graves who located himself in idyllic Deià. Deià is rich in landscapes and places to enjoy nature. There are many roads and paths to follow over the mountains, including the renowned routes of 'La Travessa' which cross the Sierra de Tramuntana. From the villa there is a beautiful walk down to the beach, through the olive groves, this takes about 20 minutes, or a few minutes drive by car. Dining out is an absolute pleasure in Deià with a huge variety of dining experiences available from the rustic to the sophisticated.

The walk to the beach of 'Cala Deià' with 2 restaurants/bars is around 20 minutes. The house is ideal for guests who do not wish to use a car during their stay DINING Dining out is an absolute pleasure in Deià with a huge variety of dining experiences available from the rustic to the sophisticated. A super tapas bar, La Bodega de Xelini and the restaurant Es Racó des Teix (with a Michelin Star) are only 1 minutes walk away. For special occasions there is yet another Michelin Starred restaurant, El Olivo within La Residencia Hotel. There are 2 supermarkets in Deià with a wide range of produce. Fresh bread and newspapers are available daily from Es Forn on the main street of Deià.
