Country mansion set in the midst of the picturesque Catalan countryside close to the city of Girona, Spain. 25 meter outdoor pool, with patios. 11 en-suite rooms, 3 are full suites and 2 are disabled accessible. Large catering kitchen, triple height dining room, media room in ancient barrel vault, high terrace, sitting rooms, & a gym. Wifi. Underfloor heating throughout. 2 wood burning fire places. Prehistoric cave in grounds. Surrounded by beautiful woodland with wonderful views and sunsets over the Volcanic National Park. The Medieval town of Besalu is only 5 mins drive away and so is the Olympic rowing lake at Banyoles. The historic city of Girona is 20 mins away, Barcelona is 1 hour 20 mins drive and skiing and the beautiful coves of the Costa Brava are 45 mins drive in opposite directions. Sporting activities, site seeing, massages & beauty treatments can all be arranged and bike rental is available on site as extras. Catering & a housekeeper available as extras. Golf only 15 min.

Serinya is an ancient village were people have lived since prehistoric times. There is even a prehistoric cave in the grounds. Mas Pelegri is the pilgrims house and was the large manor house the oversaw the town of Serinya. The medieval town of Besalu is only 5 mins away, the Olympic rowing lake of Banyoles is 5 mins drive and the historic city of Girona is 20 mins drive. Skiing and the beautiful coves of the Med are 45 mins drive. Dali's Museu de Teatre is 25 min and a beautiful golf resort is 15 mins drive.

Cycling: Girona is famous for cycling with many pros making this their home. We are based in the midst of the best cycling in the region, with easy access straight on to quiet roads. Bike rentals and guiding and coaching can all be arranged, We have ultra light carbon fibre bikes fitted with ultegra available for rent plus mountain bikes are also available. We also run Girona Cycling a triathlon and cycling training and guiding company.
