This apartment is ideal for a family to spend lovely days on the beach. Recently renovated to include all necessary equipment and a feeling of freshness even in the hot summer Mallorcan days, this delightful apartment offers a perfect base for your holiday. Ideally located on the beach, near the Albufera natural park, and at a short distance from restaurants and shops, it offers the possibility of quiet days at home, walks on the long sandy beach of Alcudia, bird watching at the Albufera park, and fun with the many tourist attractions the town has to offer, all within walking distance. The apartment includes everything a family may need for comfort in their holidays, it includes one double bedroom, a spacey living room with a sofa-bed which sleeps 2, a dining area and bathroom. There is a nice lawn communal garden outside for children to play in, and an open terrace with table and chairs which can provide wonderful meals al fresco overlooking the sea and listening to the waves

The house is ideally situated right on the beautiful long sand beach between Puerto Alcudia and Ca'n Picafort. The beach outside the house is very private and quiet, ideal for children to play in, with its clean white sand and shallow friendly waters. At a very short walking distance away you can reach the Albufera natural park, a paradise for bird lovers all year round. The lively restaurants, cafes and shops of Puerto Alcudia are also a very short distance away.
