Photos and Description of this Venice holiday house 2 Bedroom Home Sleeps 4-5, Near Many Restaurants & Beaches, LCD HDTV, WiFi

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed and walk in closet, the other with 2 twin sized beds. There is a full bath for each bedroom. There is a large 2 car garage that contains a number of bikes for your use. The back yard is very private, completely fenced in with high privacy fence. There is a covered patio just off the back door with a lovely arbor covered in flowering vines that drape down around the sides and a grill. There is a large LCD HD TV in the living room with full HD cable service. There is a high speed internet wifi connection as well. One of the bedrooms has a smaller LCD TV. The kitchen has granite counters and is very well-equipped. All of the furniture is new, and the entire interior is freshly painted and tiled.

There are at least 3 beaches you can drive to in under 10 mins, a park along the intracoastal (Shamrock) that you can walk to, and lots more. There are many great restaurants in Venice, and a very cute downtown main street area (Venice Ave) that feels almost Italian. Siesta Key Beach (voted #2 beach in the country) is a 20 minute drive north. Tampa (about an hour north) offers Bush Gardens (a giant amusement park).

Beaches, Restaurants: Nearby beaches are the 'Shark Tooth Capital' of the world, Very good area for cycling, I can provide excellent cycling routes if desired, Close to Manasota Key which offers pristine beaches, Close to Venice Island which also offers amazing beaches and lots of restaurants and shopping.

Cycling, Beach Gear: There are 2 road bikes (like they use in bike races) and there are 2 casual 'beach' bikes for your use. Please note that to use the racing style bikes you should already be familiar with riding this style of bike. There are beach chairs and an umbrella. There are plenty of towels and bed linens, all new. There is a garage door opener
