This impressive West End Georgian apartment boasts a very large drawing room / dining room (seats 6-8), oak flooring throughout and beautifully dressed bay windows overlooking Drumsheugh Gardens. There is a spiral staircase from this area leading to a mezzanine Gallery with an additional sofabed. To the rear, there are 2 large double bedrooms (one ensuite), a family bathroom with bath and electric shower and designer kitchen with all appliances. Only 5 mins walk from Princess Street, a great opportunity to stay in one of Edinburgh's prestige addresses and highly recommended for corporate clients. Additional information - All gas & electricity costs are included in the rental. - Linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly for rentals of 1 week or more. - Complimentary tea, coffee and milk are provided for your arrival. - Ironing facilities and a hair dryer are provided. - The airport bus drop off point is a 5 minute walk and Haymarket railway station is a 10 minute walk.
