Brand new for the Summer of 2010, Villa Kallithea, is set high above the village of Vlahata, overlooking the Bay of Lourdata, with fantastic panoramic sea views. The villa is a 3 bedroomed luxury property, complete with a separate apartment, located in the lower basement area. Each large bedroom comes with its own wetroom ensuite area, and ample storage. One of the bedrooms is conveniently located on the ground floor, with a further 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, and a 4th in the basement apartment, allowing an occupancy of 8 - 10 people. The large living area and open plan kitchen/dining area, are luxuriously fitted out with every conceivable facility to make your stay with us a totally memorable experience. All areas have access to balconies and verandahs, which allows you to make the most of the amazing scenery and views. The informal verandah areas, lead down to extensive patios, surrounding the large, private, fully tiled infinity pool, complete with solid marble surrounds.

The traditional village of Vlahata, is located at the bottom of Mount Ainos, and because of its elevated position, it enjoys unique panoramic views across the Ionian Sea. The natural beauty seen in this area of Kefalonia, consists of cypress trees, olive and pine trees, as well as more exotic species, such as palms and banana trees. Lourdas bay is situated directly below Vlahata on the south coast of Kefalonia and is one of the largest bays on the island, being fringed by over 3 kilometers of sand and pebble beach. In the village itself, there are several restaurants, tavernas and small shops. Argostoli, the capital of the Island, is just 10km away, and is a bustling cosmopolitan town with a lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere. There are many excellent restaurants, and the large square is a meeting point for locals and tourists alike. You will also find a large range of up market boutiques and designer shops, for those wishing to indulge themselves.
