Villa Delfini offers a large 11m by 4m private swimming pool, rooms which are light, sunny luxuriously furnished with comfort in mind - and lovely views of the sea and sunset from both upstairs and downstairs balconies. This is a villa you’ll want to return to time and time again! All the mod cons, extra large fridge with freezer, 42' HD plasma TV with satellite channels in English and German, extensive, DVD collection, Ipod docking station for all your entertainment. The villa has air conditioning, fly screens together with ceiling fans provide an excellent alternative if you prefer. We have fitted integrated shutters to keep it cool and it has very comfortable beds with tempur mattresses to give you a great nights sleep. The bedrooms are on the lower floor which means they are much cooler at night. A gas BBQ and shaded dining area and balcony complete the outdoor living. There is also shaded parking for your car.

The villa is located in lower Anavargos, approx 2 kms from Paphos or from the Village centre. It is built in one the most stunning areas of Paphos, between Konia and Anavargos village, in the east side of Paphos. The villa has fantastic access to the main high way of Paphos – Limassol and direct access to all the local facilities. It is just 10 minutes by car to Coral Bay with its clear water, sandy beaches and water sports and also just 20 minutes to the first tee at Tsada and Secret Valley golf courses. It is also just 20 minutes to the beautiful Akamas National Park, where you can see the giant turtles. Anavagos village has all the amenities of a typical Cypriot village including two excellent tavernas and a mini market within walking distance. It is just a short drive to the Paphos shopping mall for all your self catering requirements.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We are happy to accept payment in pounds sterling or euros or swiss francs. Prices available upon request. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental plus a security deposit of 300 euros is required to secure your booking. Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of your payment and booking form. If you’re booking is made within 8 weeks or less from your departure date it must be accompanied by full payment. Where only a deposit has been paid the balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the hire commencement date. Payment can be made by a bank transfer to our bank account. The security deposit is returned after your stay.
  • All prices is per property and not per person including air-conditioning. You will be charged for the number of nights that you book at the property. If your booking straddles a period where the rates differ, the cost of the accommodation will be calculated based on the number of nights that you stay in each price bracket
  • The property rental includes the supply of water and electricity. Excessive use of electricity will be charged as an extra. A clean set of linen and towels are supplied and/or fitted at the half-way stage for all bookings of 2 weeks. Mid stay clean available at extra charge.
