This luxury villa is located in a private and gated community. Sleeps 6/7people. 4 bedrooms with breathtaking views of the sea from almost all rooms. Newly renovated and fully furnished in a contemporary look and air conditioning in three of the bedrooms, heating in all rooms. Located 12 minutes from Nice airport in the hills above Nice and 5 minutes to Nice town. This villa is a heaven for outdoor living and relaxation. A private and professional landscaped garden with century old olive trees, including a fire pit, a pizza oven, a BBQ area, a boule court, a heated infinity pool and spa (with alarm, but not fenced). 10 min drive to beaches, restaurant and shops. Just outside the gated community is a big recreational park with panoramic views over Nice and old olive trees everywhere. Very nice for walks or picnics with a view. A 5 minute drive to a bakery, butcher shop (the best in Nice!) and a small grocery shop. Not suitable for children under 5.

The villa is located in the hills above Nice with a splendid view of the ocean. It is a 5 minutes drive to the Old town of Nice with excellent restaurants and nightlife and the famous flower market Cours Saleya. There are plenty of beaches along the Promenade des Anglais offering a wide range of water sports and restaurants. You will also find facilities like supermarket, shops, bars, cafes, bakeries and butchers shops within a 5 minutes drive. Nice is the capital of the famous Cote d'Azur, located on the Mediterranean Sea in the sunny south of France, only 25 km from the Italian border. Within a 30 minutes drive you find amongst others famous places Monaco and Cannes and small typically French villages like St. Paul de Vence, Antibes and Eze. The Italian markets of San Remo and Ventimglia can be reached by car in about 45 min.

A holiday villa with a wow factor!

This beautifull private villa was found to be in its own secluded gardens and grounds of olive and citrus trees. The villa boasts a magnificent infinity/spa pool with the most breathtaking and unbelievable views over Nice and the coastline, which we found to be quiet both day and night.
The villa was beautifully decorated and furnished to a very, very, high standard throughout, with a modern equiped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, shower wet rooms and again, superb views from every window, either of coastline or gardens. Although a car is required for provisions from the local village, approx 2 miles away - a lovely park is within walking distance.
The villa itself, is in an electric gated road with approx 10 other villas, and access to the villa and grounds is through its own electric gated entrance, which from a security aspect - one feels very safe indeed.
An evening meal/BBQ/or use of the pizza oven! is very much recommended from any of the various seating areas around the gardens, in order to take in the most amazing, breathtaking, night time views of Nice town and the Cote d'Azur coastline!

What a view!

This house and the view is absolutely spectacular! The pictures just don’t do it justice. We stayed there for 2 weeks and the villa is in excellent condition and feels very new and fresh. The best part is the view, to sit outside and spend a lazy evening under the olive tree and look at the ocean is really relaxing and quite. There is also a wood fire pizza oven and we had a blast trying to make our own Pizza. We also loved the overflowing pool and had a nice glass of wine in the Jacuzzi. We even tried to play the local sport of “boule” on the boule court. The villa is located in the hills of Nice so you definitely need a car to get to the shops but it was just a 10 minute drive so that was not a problem. We had a great time, we loved our stay and would love to go back.
