The apartment is decorated to a very high standard and is fully equipped with all utilities. There are electric shutters on all windows. Main bedroom is en suite with a whirlpool bath while second bedroom has its own toilet/shower room. The lounge/dining area is large and comfortable and is fully equipped. Kitchen fully equipped for home dining should you wish to stay home and cook. The terrace overlooks a tee and a ladies tee and gives views down the fairway to the sea. There is a BBQ and a hose pipe is fitted. Outdoor lighting means you can sit out till late on the warm Summer evenings. Outside the front door there are two pools and down the small road another two, including children's pools. There are several other pools on the development which you can also use. A couple of minutes by car and you are at Puerto De La Duquesa where there is a huge choice of restaurants and bars in the beautiful marina area. A two minute walk from there and you are on the beach at Manilva.

The apartment is located on the Duquesa golf course and the local area is awash with golf courses of all standards. It is only minutes from the beach for activity holidays. At the Marina of Puerto De La Duquesa there are endless restaurants and bars where you can relax among the yachts or walk another two minutes and be on the beach. The Huge La Canada shopping centre is a fifteen minute drive away. There are Roman ruins to visit and Selwo Safari park is minutes away where you can go on an African safari. Gibralter is 30 minutes by car where you can get a ferry to Morrocco. The famous Valderama golf course is a short drive away. You can stroll down to a couple of cafes and shops on the village site and leave the car in the garage. If you wish to visit a big city Seville is a couple of hours drive. The hilltop village of Ronda is less than an hour away. If you want peace and quiet stay home and watch the golf from your own terrace. This can be any kind of holiday you choose.

  • There is room in either bedroom for a baby cot and any baby equipment can be hired from the key holder. The twin bedroom is to the front of the property while the master bedroom is overlooking the golf course and so the only noise to disturb you is a gentle thwack of the golf ball. In the master bedroom there is ample wardrobe space with a fitted safe for your use. In the twin bedroom there is also ample wardrobe space. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

Notes: The apartment is a ground floor front line golf on the renowned Robert Trent Jones designed course, La Duquesa Golf. From your terrace you are close enough to chat with the golfers as they tee off. The area is full of great golf courses including the famous Valderama. There are many activities available for hire at the marina if you want a full and active holiday.On site there is a paddle tennis court.The local beach at Sabinillas is a blue flag standard a leader in European health, safety and beach facilities. A fifteen minute drive gets you to the famous La Canada shopping centre or five more minutes and you are in Puerto Banus while in the other direction a thirty minute drive gets you to Gibralter where you can get a ferry to Morrocco and shop or sight see and still be home for bed. The ancient hilltop town of Ronda is less than an hours drive, here you can see a bullfight if you choose or experience great shopping and traditional Spanish buildings with lots of restaurants & bar.
