This comfy, elegant farmhouse has been brought up to the 21st century by skilled craftsmen. It has a lovely kitchen,complete with all appliances & plentiful matching accessories, table and chairs. The elegant lounge has squashy, comfy sofas, side tables, TV, satellite, CD, escritoire etc. There is a breakfast room with extra table, chairs- perfect for the children or two families. Of course Le Petit Manoir has a dishwasher, washing machine etc. and there is a downstairs W/C as well as the two upstairs. Upstairs are 3 comfy bedrooms, one with en-suite, plus another shower room. There are beds for 7 plus wardrobes, drawers, bedside tables, lamps etc. Outside the land is totally secure and private with a gorgeous 10.5 x 5 m pool, with compliant pool alarm. There is a large barn plus table tennis table, solar shower, 4 bikes, BBQ, enough sun loungers and garden furniture for everyone. The garden has a good mix of shade with plenty of sunny areas all within an area of out natural beauty.
