A modern 3rd floor apartment with large west facing balcony that overlooks the golf course. Eat al-fresco on balmy summer evenings taking in the views of the mountains and lakes. Only a short walk from one of the numerous large communal swimming pools on the resort. There is a well stocked pro golf shop and a temporary club house on site as well as play areas for children with swings and climbing frames. The well equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge, microwave and electric cooker as well as a clothes airier, iron and a good selection of cooking utensils.The spacious air conditioned lounge has a TV/DVD player & there is also a comfortable double sofa bed.There are 2 twin bedded rooms - one which leads out on to the terrace. Both rooms have ample wardrobe space and a hair-dryer and all bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. The bathroom houses both bath and shower. An underground car park provides secure parking and keeps your car cool. There are lifts to all floors.

Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is in the borough of Sucina, in an ideal spot only a short drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor and the southern coast of the province of Alicante. Murcia is the main city, located half an hour from the coast, 75 km south of Alicante and 30 km west of Torrevieja. It was built in the 800`s and boasts a beautiful cathedral. The nature in the Murcia region is impressive - from woods and fields to mountains and sandy beaches. In the beautiful and picturesque Ricote valley, you can still find Spanish country life with traditional small villages. Cartagena one of the main towns is a seaport with a military base built during the Roman Empire and steeped in history. The region also offers La Manga del Mar Menor - a 22 km long thin cape from the mainland, creating a lagoon with calm, warm water and the famous, therapeutic mud baths. There are numerous blue flag beaches close by and an abundance of fresh fruit, vegetables and seafood.
