Fully equipped kitchen separate laundry room with both washer and dryer and full size stainless steel American fridge/freezer with drinks and ice dispenser. The large living room which looks onto the swimming pool can comfortably sit up to 10 people, this room has a large plasma television and also a DVD player for home entertainment. The historic village of Tihany can be reached by car within 20 minutes, offering spectacular panoramic veiws of the entire lake and surrounding areas. The town of Vesprem is a 20 minute drive North of the villa, this too has a beautiful historic old town coupled with a vibrant city centre with banks and shopping facilities.
