The lounge area is spacious with a TV, DVD player,wi-fi and CD; with ample room for comfortable dining, which leads through to the open plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. There is also a separate family bathroom.

Location: This modern apartment is in a very central situation ,close to Holyrood Palace and Arthur's Seat, Also Princes Street with all the great shopping ,along with Multrees Walk with ,Harvey Nichols and other designer shops. The bus station and railway station are both close to hand ,only a 5 minute taxi ride away, the airport is around 30 minutes in a taxi. There is a lot of historical attractions to take in including Edinburgh Castle which is only a short walk away from the Palace up the Royal Mile which boast small interesting shops. For the not so faint hearted the Edinburgh Ghost tours, Mary King Close, Edinburgh Dungeons and the Witchery Tours are a must. Edinburgh also boast michelin star restaurants including. The Kitchen , Martin Wishart, Plumed Horse, not to mention 21212 , No 1 Balmoral, and the Witchery all great food. For the small people we have the zoo , snowboarding, museum of childhood .
