The bus station and railway station are both close to hand ,only a 5 minute taxi ride away, the airport is around 30 minutes in a taxi. There is a lot of historical attractions to take in including Edinburgh Castle which is only a short walk away from the Palace up the Royal Mile which boast small interesting shops. For the not so faint hearted the Edinburgh Ghost tours, Mary King Close, Edinburgh Dungeons and the Witchery Tours are a must. Edinburgh also boast michelin star restaurants including. The Kitchen , Martin Wishart, Plumed Horse, not to mention 21212 , No 1 Balmoral, and the Witchery all great food. For the small people we have the zoo , snowboarding, museum of childhood .
