El Escondite is the Hideaway, tucked away in an olive grove with mountain and valley views. It sleeps two so is ideal for honeymoons, wedding anniversaries and those special holidays. With outside terraces for sun bathing, al fresco dining and a jacuzzi where you can lay back and look at the stars, your holiday is sure to be romantic. Inside the cottage is light, spacious and comfortable with king size bed, shower room, well equipped kitchen with hob, oven and washing machine and open plan dining and living room. The small town of Orgiva is a 20 minute walk or a few minutes drive away and there you will find restaurants, bars, banks, shops and market. The area is great for walking, riding, sightseeing, bird watching and of course relaxing. The coast is a half hour drive and Granada with the world famous Alhambra is 50 minutes. Nearest airports are Granada and Malaga.

Orgiva is a small agricultural market town in the Alpujarras. Situated in a green valley with the Sierra Nevada to the north and the Contraviesa mountains to the south. You still see shepherds walking their herds of goats and old farmers with their mules carrying pannier baskets of produce returning home at the end of the day. The beaches of the Costa de Tropical are within half an hour and the famous city of Granada and the Alhambra are a 50 minute drive away. White mountain villages are a delight to visit with the local craft shops and fantastic views.
