First letting, spacious south facing apartment, 2 bedrooms with bed linen: 1 room with a double bed, 2nd room with 2 double beds and sea view. Living room (TV + DVD, stereo music system), dining for 6 people, with a sea and mountain view and balcony .Quiet building 2nd floor with lift,private secure parking place. Separated kitchen with all appliances (washing machine, fridge, cooker ,dishwasher, microwave etc.) Shower room (with hairdryer and towels for each person) with separated toilet. Departure cleaning included in the price. Extra cleaning on request (15€:/h). 1 hour by train to Monaco Monte Carlo and 1 hour by boat to St Tropez. Wine tasting boat trips, yachts, lots of outdoors touristic activities, water sports, horse riding, golf, restaurants, markets, etc. We can arrange your airport transfer as well as daily organised touristic trips. Baby sitter available. WIFI connexion! Usb key at your disposal during your stay gives you free internet connexion in all France 24/24h.

    The rate covers the provision of linen and towels for up to 6 people, underground parking and final cleaning on departure. NOTE: An additional cleaning fee of €15/h (average time 3h).
    50% of deposit 3 weeks before arrival will be asked for garantee your booking and balance on arrival.
    LAST MINUTE BOOKING ACCEPTED.
    Additionally, we require a refundable Breakages Deposit of €1000 for each booking asked on arrival.
    The transaction is then reversed after departure, once the apartment is left in an orderly and undamaged condition and the keys are returned safely and on time

I was pleased to discover such a lovely,clean and convenient apartment. As I would be visiting Cannes for the first time with my two young and very energetic boys,it was essential to find a space very close to the beach,yet not as busy as the more commercial spaces in town. What great luck to have found a beautiful,modern yet warm and welcoming space.
Spacious for up to four,six would work but be a bit tight.
The kitchen is large and well equipped.
Large enough dining space for dinner parties of 6-8.
Front bedroom with two queen sized beds is by far the best bedroom
with more than ample closet space.
Very tastefully done apartment . All new.
Romantic balcony with nice view of the ocean.
Two MUST HAVE EXPERIENCES!
First,exquisite non pretentious restaurant with delicious dishes...
LA FARIGOULE 82 rue Meynadier
Madame Lilly is the hostess,full of charm,warmth and humor who,if you are unfamiliar with the dishes,traditional French,will explain in English,Italian,Spanish, of course francaise,or i am sure many other languages.She is exceptional and will make your dining experience all the more delicious.
Second,You will not regret taking a sail on the Folly Too with capitain Pierre and his lovely partner,who by the way is a very good cook! What a wonderful way to spend the day and see a few of the
surrounding islands.
